How to Convert Multiple FIT Images to JP2?

What changes when you convert FIT to JP2
FIT stores 32-bit greyscale covering the full dynamic range of the scan, and JP2 shows 8 bits. The conversion applies a window level, so what ends up visible depends on the window you choose. Decide separately whether patient metadata should be copied to the output or stripped from it. One FIT file can hold several pages or frames, while JP2 holds one image each. reaConverter writes a separate output file per page and numbers them, so a single input can produce a whole folder of results.
