How to Convert Multiple GLTF Files to STP?

GLTF to STP: what carries over and what does not
GLTF stores a surface made of triangles, while STP is built for exact solid geometry. The conversion has to derive surfaces from that triangle mesh, so the result is faithful to the shape but is not the same thing as a parametric model with clean features and editable dimensions.
