How to Convert Multiple HEIF Images to BMP?
1. Download and Install reaConverter Lite
reaConverter Lite is quick to download, easy to install, and ready to launch in seconds. This lightweight, standalone software is highly efficient at handling a wide range of batch image conversions. Plus, it lets you apply essential image editing options — such as resizing, rotating, or adjusting quality — during the conversion process.
2. Load your HEIF files
Open reaConverter and add your HEIF files. You can load individual files, entire folders, or even nested subfolders.
Drop your HEIF files into the window or use File menu to browse and select folders.

3. Select BMP as output format
Choose BMP as the target format. Pick a destination folder or let reaConverter save files alongside the originals.

4. Start HEIF to BMP conversion
Hit Convert and let reaConverter do the work. The progress window shows status for each file in real time.

After conversion, find your BMP files in the output folder. Click 'Show converted files' to open it directly.
HEIF to BMP: what to expect from the conversion
HEIF can carry an alpha channel and BMP cannot. Transparent areas are composited onto a solid background during conversion, so pick that background colour deliberately: white is the default, and it is rarely the right choice for a logo that will sit on a dark page. One HEIF file can hold several pages or frames, while BMP holds one image each. reaConverter writes a separate output file per page and numbers them, so a single input can produce a whole folder of results.
