How to Convert Multiple TIFF Images to BMP?
1. Download and Install reaConverter Lite
reaConverter Lite is quick to download, easy to install, and ready to launch in seconds. This lightweight, standalone software is highly efficient at handling a wide range of batch image conversions. Plus, it lets you apply essential image editing options — such as resizing, rotating, or adjusting quality — during the conversion process.
2. Load your TIFF files
Launch reaConverter and load the TIFF files you want to convert. Add a few files or thousands, batch processing handles them all.
Drag-and-drop TIFFs directly into reaConverter or use the folder browser to load entire directories.

3. Select BMP as output format
Set BMP as output format and select where to save your converted files. Customize quality settings if needed.

4. Start TIFF to BMP conversion
Press Convert to begin processing. You can watch the progress or minimize and let it run in the background.

Your converted BMP files will appear in the destination folder as soon as processing completes.
TIFF to BMP: what carries over and what does not
TIFF can carry an alpha channel and BMP cannot. Transparent areas are composited onto a solid background during conversion, so pick that background colour deliberately: white is the default, and it is rarely the right choice for a logo that will sit on a dark page. TIFF files are often prepared in CMYK for print, and BMP is an RGB format. Colours are converted between the two spaces during the run, and saturated print colours can shift visibly. If the output is heading back to print, keep an untouched copy of the original.
