How to Convert Multiple DDS Images to JP2?
1. Download and Install reaConverter

2. Load your DDS files

How DDS and JP2 differ in practice
DDS and JP2 both compress by discarding data, so this is a re-encode rather than a copy. Use a high quality setting, and convert from the original whenever you still have it. One DDS file can hold several pages or frames, while JP2 holds one image each. reaConverter writes a separate output file per page and numbers them, so a single input can produce a whole folder of results.
